Don’t trust the electrical system on your import to just anyone!
While there are some repair items that even auto repair shops that don’t specialize in imports could handle, electrical problems aren’t one of them. The electrical system of import cars and trucks can be much different than non-luxury vehicles, in part due to the many added features involved. These features make for a complex system that you should only trust to the professionals here at Johnson & Johnson Import Specialists, Inc.
Our business began back in 1999 by Steve and Doug Johnson, and the current owner, Micah, took over after apprenticing with them for many years. As a pastor and U.S. Army Veteran, he has the same vision to grow the business in an ethical, fair, and honest manner. Part of that is having ASE Certified technicians who are trained and experienced with all facets of automotive repair, including electrical work, perform repairs on such specialized vehicles as Mercedes and BMW that.
This is not to say that other import owners are left to fend for themselves. If you have a Lexus, Honda, Subaru, Kia, Audi, Toyota, Hyundai or Acura, you can also turn to us for electrical and other maintenance and repair concerns. The only imports we are not currently equipped to work on are Jaguars, Land Rovers, and Porsches.
While there are several garages in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, if you have an import vehicle, it is important to take it to someone who understands the complexities involved. In addition to being equipped and experienced with electrical work, we also do brakes, engine maintenance and repair, transmission work, A/C work, and more. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
